Winterset Guest House Bed and Breakfast offers three (3) different rooms to meet the needs of travelers.
Guest quarters are on the lower two levels of the home, separated from your hosts on top floor. However, hosts are available for your needs.
All of our rooms have a TV and are decorated in Land’s End “Home Decor” with duvet covers over light weight comforters.
Room #1
Room #1 is located on the street level of the house. It extends off of the guest foyer and breakfast lounge area. There is a Queen sized bed and Twin Bed in this room to easily accommodate one to three travelers.

Room #1 has a private attached bathroom. The vanity is separate from the bath area. There is a tub/shower

Room #2
Room #2 has the same configuartion as Room #1, but with different furnishings. It also extends off of the guest foyer and breakfast lounge area.
There is a Queen sized bed and a Twin Bed in Room #2 to easiliy accommodate one to three travelers.

Room #3
This room is more privately located on home’s lowest level, but the private bath is up a few stairs on the street level.
Room #3 has a King Bed that may be set up as room with two twin beds, if requested ahead of time.

Large Groups
Larger groups may be accommodated with pull out sleeper-sofas in the guest living room off of room #3. Call for details.

We are a family friendly bed and breakfast. A portable crib is available upon request.
