$125.00 for a single night's stay (up to 3 guests/room)
$110.00/night for a stay of 2 nights or more.
*please add 3% borough tax

* All reservations are made by phone. Please check the calendar for availability.

* We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, traveler's check, and personal checks as payment for our services. All reservations must be held with a credit card. Balance is due upon arrival.

* 48 hours notice is required to receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged one night's stay.

* Check-in is available after 5:00 PM. Please make arrangements when calling.

* Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

We offer smoke-free accommodations.
We do not allow pets in the house or on the grounds.

Directions:
‣ Traveling south on the Seward Highway from Anchorage, turn left
(east) on Stoney Creek Avenue at milepost 6.3.

‣ Turn right on Bruno and cross the bridge.

‣ Turn left on Trail Street which becomes Winterset Circle.

‣ Drive 0.2 mile until you see our sign.

‣ Winterset Guest House is a 3-story white home with a green metal
roof on the left side of the road.
